Not only is this veggie burger super healthy, it has a bit of a kick to it too, with spicy Indian seasonings.
Combine potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and peas to create this delicious meal. If you’re looking to make it extra healthy, then you can substitute the bread roll for a pitta bread instead.

Leeks don’t have to be bland. In fact, they work surprisingly well in a salad. Mix steak strips with leeks, lettuce, and tomatoes, adding in Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard for extra taste.
