Exotic-Pomegranate (each)

Cut open this fruit to find a beautiful collection of tangy edible seeds which are covered in scarlett-red sacs. Pomegranates have always been valued for their luxurious flavour, and are now equally appreciated for their superb nutritional benefits.

Origin – Spain/Turkey

Extract the seeds by cutting into half and bashing the skin with a rolling pin over a bowl.

Store at room temperature if buying for imminent consumption, otherwise the fridge will prolong their shelf life.
