Melon-Watermelon (Each)

Large and round with a stripey green skin and bold red flesh, watermelons are unmistakable in their appearance. They get their name from consisting of 90% water, which is why they are an ideal thirst quencher when sliced.

Watermelon jelly! Discard the rind and remove the pulp and seeds as you go. Add lemon juice before refrigerating.

Keep at room temperature while whole. Once cut, wrap tightly and store in the fridge.
