This sizzling twist on traditional Brussels sprouts is the perfect side dish to your Christmas spread.
Ingredients
3tbsp olive oil, 500g brussels sprouts (halved), 50g pistachios (roughly chopped) 100g pomegranate seeds, pomegranate molasses to drizzle.
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. add the sprouts into the pan and fry for 10-15 minutes, tossing them occasionally, cook until slightly brown.
- Sprinkle on your pistachios and fry until toasted. remove from heat and stir through pomegranate seeds.
- Season with salt and dish up into your serving plate.
- Finish up by drizzling your pomegranate molasses and enjoy next to your favourite roast!
